Darlene said the repairs took an extra three weeks to finish. The business found that the air conditioning was not working after the initial repairs were completed. The business had to order extra parts. She said she found a scratch on the vehicle and the business offered to take care of it. She was pleasantly surprised by how well the business was organized and she appreciated that they heard and addressed all of her concerns.
