Katherine said her vehicle took a week longer than anticipated and she isn't sure why. They didn't offer an explanation, but she didn't ask for one. She said she loved the automatic updates she received via email about her vehicle. She suggested that in the future if they can't meet the due date they should have someone contact the customer directly.
