John said the repair took 55 days. The contact person did not do a good job and was part of the reason this repair took so long. The vehicle was promised to be ready in 25 days. It was late by over 30 days. The contact person did not call to alert John to the delays. The cause of the delays were due to parts and the contact person not being responsive. There were no updates and communication was poor. John was not satisfied with the contact person because of the lack of communication. When John called the promise date was changed and it seemed like it was changed hundreds of times. Because of the length of the repair John had to pay for part of the cost of the rental, which did not please him. He would not recommend this business because of the delays, communication, and the contact person who did not do his job.
