Review for Momentum BMW Mini-Body Shop
Gerald S. on 08/03/2013
Gerald said this business provided repairs to the front and rear end of his vehicle. When he picked up his vehicle he noticed a scratch on the passenger side door. It looked like a representative at this business who washed his vehicle had been wearing a ring or a wristwatch and scratched his vehicle in the process. Richard at this business told him they would repaint the door. This is disappointing, as his Jaguar is just 3 months old. He was told the repairs to his bumper and front end would take 5 days. He did not receive his vehicle until 4 weeks later. The insurance company originally said the bumper could be repaired. It could not. The bumper needed replacing. This took additional time. Richard at one point was not satisfied with the paint work and had it redone. This took an additional week. The front end was not finished off as well as it could have been. He did not elaborate on this. Overall he had a disappointing experience at this business.
