Laurie said her vehicle was 3 days later than promised because they ordered the wrong parts. They ordered the passenger's mirror, but what they needed was the driver's mirror. The job they did on the passenger mirror was cracked. She was dissatisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared her estimate because they ordered the wrong part and gave her the wrong price. She was not satisfied with the shop's communication because of the reasons already stated above. Laurie suggested they need to know what they are doing.
