Xiaojun said he is completely dissatisfied with this business. His vehicle has been at the business for more than a month, but they promised it would be ready in 4 days. He came in twice to pick up the vehicle. The first time they did not install the tailpipe properly and the second time the tailgate didn't line up with the bumper. He has had to call the business and leave messages and he has not received a call back. He was not kept informed about the status of the repairs. The estimate had to be resubmitted two additional times to receive authorization for repairs they missed. The business kept arguing with him about the quality of the repairs. He would not recommend this business for the above reasons and he regrets bringing his vehicle to them for repairs.
