Thomas said the business did everything promptly and expeditiously. He received text message updates on the status of his vehicle, during the repair process, which he thinks is a new feature and he really likes that. He mentioned he wants to compliment the male receptionist that answers the phone and sets customers up to get repairs. He also wanted to say hi to the sales woman in the sales department.
