Jack said the customer service was terrible. Jack mentioned his vehicle was not ready when promised and it was 10 days late due to a parts delay. He said he was not kept adequately informed during his repair process since he had to call the business several times to check the status of his vehicle and he was unsure what was being done to it, and for these reasons he was not satisfied with the communication. Also Jack was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate because he had to contact him several times to see what was going on with his repair process. Lastly he was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel because they had lack of communication. For these reasons he would not recommend this business to others.
