Sherry stated that she wasn't satisfied with the quality of the repair because there were scuff marks on the back bumper and on the side bumper that wouldn't come off. She mentioned that there wasn't a promised time given for the work to be preformed on the vehicle. However, it did take a long time. Sherry wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process and she didn't know why. Sherry wasn't satisfied with the business communication because there wasn't any follow up.
