Roddrick said he did not get good customer service. He would leave messages for the representative but he never got calls back until at least 1 or 2 days later. Once he got a hold of him he was very nice. He felt the insurance company and the business were out to get him when they told him the problem with his convertible top was one thing that they fixed. When the top would not go down and he took it back they then said it was the motor. He would not recommend this business to others for the reasons mentioned.
