Spoke with Leonard and Katherine. Leonard said Robert took care of them, and could not do enough for them. He was fabulous, and they were very pleased with his level of service. Katherine said she would rate her overall experience a 6, because the representatives were very nice, and they really did do everything they could think of to please them. They were definitely satisfied with the quality of the repair service. The repair service was completed 1 weekend, and 1 business day earlier than promised. They were most definitely satisfied with the way they were treated by the personnel. Robert was very nice, cordial, and friendly. She would consider going back to the business again. She would definitely recommend the business for repair services.
