Kimberly gave a rating of 2 for her overall experience because of a lack of communication by the business. Kimberly said the vehicle was promised to be ready in 2 weeks. The time passed with no call from the business and she had to call to find out what happened. She was not satisfied with the body work but did not elaborate. The vehicle was late by 2 weeks. The business did not call to alert her to a delay or provide updates but she learned it had something to do with getting permission from the insurance company for more work. The estimate was not accurate and she was very upset by the business contacting the insurance company but she was not included in the communication. Kimberly was not happy with the insurance company because of this and because she ended up with a $900 bill she was not informed about. Kimberly will not recommend this business because of the lack of professional communication.
