Spoke with Evangeline. She said they did not return her calls in a timely manner. Some of her questions were time sensitive, especially when she called to find out when she could pick up the vehicle. She said her vehicle looks brand new, which is what they advertise and they held true to the advertisement. She was told what to expect at the beginning.
