Kirthi said all her calls were answered and she was kept up to date as the repair was being done. The facility went above and beyond what they were suppose to do. The vehicle was delayed two days due to finding additional damage. Ken, who presented the keys to her when the vehicle was completed, did a great job overseeing the repair.
