Spoke with Bill. He said the only issue was the amount of time it took for the facility to finish the repairs. They had the vehicle two months. He waited an additional month or 6 weeks beyond the time frame initially given. The delays were due to parts being shipped from overseas. The insurance company handled the estimate so he can't comment on that. He was pleased with the representative at the facility who handled his communication.
