Stephanie said she was told her vehicle would be at this business for three days but it took two weeks. Her advisor would not return her calls and she had to drive to the business to get an update on her vehicle. She was told her vehicle was taking a long time because of a delay by the insurance company. She called the insurance company and got the issue handled with no problem. She suggested they should work on improving their communication and customer service skills. She would not recommend them for the reasons previously mentioned.
