Stacey said it was a bad experience. The repair was okay, but after the repair they scratched the back door and then the back door sensor did not work. She had to go back for resolution twice. They did not give a promised ready date. The process took three to four weeks. She was not kept informed during the repair process. She did not speak with anyone as they just emailed her. She wanted to speak with someone and she was not happy with the communication for that reason. As a result of this visit, she will not recommend this facility to others.
