Regis said he had to return to this business for not doing some of the work correctly, including the painting. When he picked his vehicle up on his most recent repairs the work still was not completed. There were two holes in the area they repainted, but he is going to live with the holes because he does not want to be without his vehicle for another five days. On his initial visit to this business he got his vehicle back two days late. He stated he could not get an answer for the reason for the delay, but he thinks there was a problem between this business and the insurance. They kept him updated through email, which he liked.
