Spoke with Carol. Carol said Steve Roberts was very helpful. Carol said she had a bad experience with Jaguar because the service was bad so she took her vehicle to this business. After Carol brought her vehicle into this business Steve tried helping with everything. Steve was responsible, took care of everything the way she expected and tried to coordinate with Jaguar so he could pick up where they had left off.
