Crystal said she was not satisfied with her overall experience because she was not happy with the quality of the paint work. It was not done correctly. Also, her vehicle was not ready when promised. It was two days late. They did not tell her the reason. She wanted to know when the vehicle would be ready but no one called her so she called them, but no one returned the call. She said she was not happy because she was renting a vehicle and needed to know when it would be ready. She was not satisfied with their communication for the reasons mentioned. As a result of this visit, she will not recommend this facility to others because the customer service was not good. She suggested they improve the customer service.
