Spoke with Marion. She said the first two days the business sent her text messages but the following days she had to be the one to initiate the calls to find out the status of the vehicle. Because of this reason she thought she was only somewhat satisfied with the shop's communication. She also added there was a whistle in the door when she drove the vehicle so she contacted the business and they asked her to bring it back in to repair the seal on the door and now the whistling is gone.
