Spoke with Ray. He said there was no promised time given, but it took a long time to reach anyone at the business. He was not kept informed and when he would call he would get the answering machine. He wanted them to check out the recall, but it was not done. He said he feels they should have checked out the recall when the vehicle was at the business. There should be more communication between coworkers because when he goes to ask a question about his vehicle no one other than the person fixing his vehicle knows what is going on. He said Jose was great.
