Spoke with Janet. She said it took 7 weeks to repair her vehicle. Her vehicle is 10 years old but has always been garaged. Her seats were dirty when her vehicle was returned to her. There were black smudges on the seats. The plastic on the finish of the controls was scratched. The base of the seats were scratched. The drivers seat looks faded like something had been spilled on it and they tried to clean it. The bumper and bent seats were taken care of right away. When the insurance companies found out how much it was going to cost they didn't want to pay for it. Waiting on the insurance and everthing involved there took too long. The quality of the repair on the seats could've been better. They are coming out today to her home to take care of the seats. The repair of the bumper and fixing the bent seat was fine. Her vehicle took 7 weeks to repair. They first said it would take a week. She had to go personally there to find out what was going on. Communication all the way around could have been better. There could have been more updates. Seven weeks is a long time. It wasn't completely this business fault. The insurance companies accounted for most of the problems. State Farm and Allstate were involved. She would recommend them for the bumper but not the seats. She had expected a higher level of service since she had bought her vehicle from here.
