Saida said the people were polite, attentive and informative. There was a week delay and although she was not given a reason for it, she said she believes that the busy holiday season might have been the cause. There was damage done to her vehicle and she is unsure if this business is responsible for the damage or if it was there before the initial repair. She is very satisfied with Rich, the man who prepared her estimate.
