Joseph said he is very upset at how this visit went. They had his vehicle from September until almost the end of December because they were understaffed and disorganized. The general manager told him he would have his vehicle ready on a certain date because he knew he had a function he had to go to that he had already paid for. He was down there a couple of times a week to check on the vehicle. His vehicle sat for weeks because the paint shop was backed up and then he found out that there were only two mechanics that could work on his vehicle. They should have just passed on fixing the vehicle. However, Gary did a great job. He did all he could but it was up to the general manager to make sure he had enough staff members. He would tell him a lot of his employees were on vacation, which is no excuse. Also, the GM was very unprofessional. He never called him to apologize nor did he try to compensate for the way things went. The work was fine but he cannot recommend this facility to anyone due to this experience.
