Lakeisa said the customer service was lacking due to the fact she had to initiate contact with them regarding the progress the repairs. The business did not provide her with a promise date and she was only informed of the progress at the beginning of the repair process through a few text messages. There was no estimate performed. She was told by them that they would go off of the insurance company suggestions and if there were any additional damages, she would be responsible for the cost. She was not satisfied with the communication for reasons already mentioned. Due to this experience she would not recommend this business to others.
