Jay said the business took another 3 weeks to repair his vehicle. He does not recall the reason for the delay but he had to pay out of pocket for a rental vehicle. They did not keep him informed with updates on his vehicle. The insurance company did the estimate. The business did not answer the phone whenever he called and they have poor customer service. He was not satisfied with the communication and would not recommend this business to others due to the reasons mentioned.
