"Another Outstanding Service Experience"
Just an inspection and emissions test, but these guys always go above and beyond, for instance blowing out all the debris from the engine compartment and window area to maintain the air flow...a really great service experience.

"The very best"
I have been using Monte & Sons for almost 40 years for both foreign and domestic cars. That should say it all. Honesty, integrity, high quality workmanship. Depth of experience and a wealth of knowledge that exceeds anything a dealer may offer.
Example:
Dealer says my ABS computer has died: repair cost $649. This is what the dealers diagnostic computer says.
Montes says my brake lines are old (they are). Brake lines replaced, system flushed for $280. 4 years later my ABS still works great.
40 years of trust and reliability that has never had any reason to waiver.

Colin said this past visit was abnormal. The communication was really bad, but the service was fine. He said the communication was really poor. They had his vehicle for a month and he had very little knowledge of when they would get his vehicle back. They did not keep him updated through the process. He was told they said they would call him after they spoke to another business. His impression was that they would call that afternoon. Instead they called, 2 to 3 days after. He stated he is hoping this is a 1 time occurrence and that this will not become a regular occurrence. They have always been respectful and personable.
