Spoke with Zack. He said the employee of this business that he spoke to called him the afternoon he dropped off the vehicle and told him that he would call the person paying for the service, and that when he was done would call him back. The person paying for the service called him telling him that he did not receive a phone call, so the following morning he called them and told them that they did not take care of it. They did not do what they were supposed to do, and he did not receive an apology. Nor did the employee he was speaking to seem too apologetic either. They told him that he did not understand, they were busy and had other customers that they had to take care of. After the inspection, they called him and told him that there were some things that needed to be fixed, including the plugs and wires. He challenged this saying that he replaced them 6,000 miles ago. He noted that when he picked the vehicle up, that those items were not on the report. They did not do him any favors, so he is not going back to them and he will tell others to do the same. He also noted that when he showed up they did not have the quote ready, and that they did not keep him informed.
