Keith said he wasn't completely satisfied because he told the business which part to replace, but the business made him pay for a diagnostic. He paid for an hour of service he shouldn't have had to pay for because another mechanic had already told him the fuel filter needed to be replaced. The vehicle was ready two days late because the business wanted to replace a part they put in a while ago. Once the part was replaced it was determined that was the issue. He was told it would cost $500 to replace the right part. He said he opted not to replace the part because he plans to get another vehicle.
