Richard said he asked the employees at this business for all of the old parts from his vehicle, and he did not get them. As of now, he is satisfied with the quality of the repair. It looks okay but he will find out later if it needs further repair. He dropped his vehicle off on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday. They had the parts for the repair because he already paid for them, so there was not much need to be kept informed. He chose them because he owns a Ford vehicle and it has 5,000 miles on it.
