Spoke with Patsy. She said they took her vehicle in early and they did the work right away. They were efficient and the work was done in a timely manner. She said she did not have any communication with the business. She was pleased with the work, but it was done earlier than expected. She had left town because she was told the vehicle would be ready on Tuesday and the work was done the Friday before. She said she felt bad because it caused the insurance company to pay extra for the rental vehicle. If they had called earlier she would have picked her vehicle up and she would not have used the rental vehicle for so long.
