Review for Philpott Ford Body Shop

Spoke with Bryan. He said he didn't rate his overall experience with this business higher because he was supposed to get his vehicle back in a week and a half, but got it back in 5 weeks. He stated the delays were caused by parts needing to be ordered, and additional damage which they had to report to his insurance adjuster. At one point this business broke a rear window while they were working on his vehicle, so that had to be fixed. Even though this business kept finding additional issues, the rental company kept wanting him to return his vehicle. He would have to keep calling his insurance company to contact the rental agency about the delays. When his vehicle was dropped off there was coffee all over from the accident, and he asked this business to clean his vehicle. When he arrived to pick up his vehicle, it hadn't been cleaned. This business told him they forgot to clean it, but Brian pointed out the floor mats were out of his vehicle, so he doesn't believe they forgot to clean it. He and his wife had to kill 3 hours while they cleaned his vehicle for him. Aside from the above issues, Brian mentioned this business did a good job.
