Patrycia said she was very satisfied with the quality of the repair service. The repair service was first estimated to be completed by the end of the week. However they found additional damages, and also had to complete 4 different appraisal services on the vehicle. Brian was amazing, and he worked with the insurance company upon her behalf. The insurance company was dragging their feet, and they were trying to do the bare minimum. Brian kept her updated with information all the way through the process. However he wasn't able to provide with a promised time once the appraisal services were being started, because the insurance representatives were being jerks regarding the appraisal services. He made sure everything was repaired to her satisfaction. She was very impressed with the level of service she received from the business. She was absolutely satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel because they were outstanding. Her vehicle looks brand new. Patrycia stated the business needs to keep Brian, and he made it a pleasant experience. He walked her through the process, and made sure she knew what was going on with her vehicle.
