Spoke with Denny. He said his vehicle was ready two days earlier than promised. He spoke with the representative who did his estimate about the purpose of some of the parts. The questions were not related to the accident. He asked at a couple of other businesses to get the information and he asked a few times at this business’ service center but did not receive an answer. The estimator requested that he speak with a representative at this business and was able to get him the information he needed.
