Michael said his repair service was 1 week late. The reason for the cause of delay was due to finding additional damages. He was absolutely satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared his estimate. He would absolutely recommend the business for repair services. He has done business with Philpott Ford for a few years. He determined the business would perform a good repair service, the best repair service. The business is a good organization, and the representatives performed a good, great job. The representatives were friendly. The business did everything they could to keep the cost of repair services low, and it was very important in today's economy.
