Richard said they did good work. He said he knows the adjustor's father because he used to work with him. He wasn't kept adequately informed, they had his vehicle for 6 days and the only time they called was when they found extra damage. The vehicle was ready when they said it would be. He only spoke with Brian Caraway and the woman at the front desk, but they were nice enough to put on his license plates.
