Simon said his vehicle was returned to him 6 days later than promised because this business found additional damage. They had to order more parts and get permission from the insurance company before they started work on the extra damage that was found. The delay was not an inconvenience to him. They kept him updated and called him at least every other day. He said he felt very comfortable with what this business was saying, and what they did to his vehicle.
