Ariella said this business did a good job providing service. When she went to go pick up her vehicle, an employee was just finishing up. She told him about a scratch on her vehicle. He had been looking at her vehicle and offered to buff out that scratch for free. He made it so one could not see the scratch so well. Her vehicle was promised in four days but was returned earlier. The service was simple and they let her know when they would have her vehicle ready. She did not call and ask how it was.

Whitney said this business was super helpful. The whole process was really easy as far as needing a rental vehicle. She was able to get it right at the facility and drop it off when her own vehicle was ready. They also ensured the quality of the work was up to her standards, touching up on the paint when she noticed a few nicks. They went above and beyond in providing service. She had to follow-up about the status of her vehicle. Her vehicle was ready a day early but she did have to be the one to reach out.

Kyle said this business did a good job and they helped make it more easier. It was a little longer, but it did work out. He's not sure of the reason for the delay, but it was 3 days longer and it was over Memorial Day weekend.

Wendy said the employee named Shelby, who works at the front desk of the business, was fantastic and super good at her job. This employee made the experience easier for her and kept her very thoroughly updated with everything that was going on. The insurance company was very hard to track down, and Shelby let her know how things were going every step of the way. She also stated the business was really great to work with and they did a fantastic job all around.

Diane said the quality of the work was good. The facility was very helpful with the rental vehicle. The condition of the grounds and the waiting room was very comfortable and professional. The only update she received was when the repair was completed.

Baleva said his vehicle looks awesome. The customer service was awesome and the body work was beautiful. Whoever drove his vehicle while it was at this business, left a boot paint stain in his vehicle. He is convinced they were not aware of the paint on their shoes when they stepped in and he only wishes for them to fix it. In addition to this, he believes the vehicle was not properly aligned even thought the paperwork indicates that is was. It still pulls to the right when he is driving. He had not driven the vehicle for a while since the repairs due to his physical injuries and only until now that he began to drive he saw these two problems. He would simply like for them to fix it.
