Annika said she had to return her vehicle. She was not adequately updated on her vehicle. When she went to get her vehicle, she noticed a scratch on her vehicle and when she asked the business, they had no explanation. When she returned to the business the second time, the scratch faded a bit. She said she wouldn't really recommend this business because she already has another facility that she's been with for a while and her family also goes to the same place. She only went through this business because this business accepted the insurance company. She was overall pleased with the work that was done.

John said this business did a good job on the repairs. They were two weeks late finishing his vehicle due to a parts delay. He had to do most of the calling to be updated by them and he rarely received phone calls from them.

Fahimuddin said he has had a good overall experience with this business. There was no paint work performed. He has not yet had the chance to talk to them regarding a fee that he was charged for his rental vehicle. He was charged a little over $100 for taxes and for gas usage, which he did not know about until he checked his bank account. He does not understand how this all could add up to $100 and he would like someone from there to contact him to discuss this concern of his.

Mary said this business was very efficient in providing service and did a beautiful job. They finished her vehicle when they told her it would be finished. It was also in beautiful condition when returned to her as far as cleanliness. She has already referred someone else to them.

Lloyd said he did not ask for an explanation on the repair process but the business does a very good job and they are nice to work with. His vehicle was ready a day early but they did not contact him to let him know so he was not able to pick it up that day. His one concern is he wished they would have given him the leftover paint they used on his vehicle. He could use it to touch up small scratches.

Ryan said when the repair was completed, the facility had forgotten to repair a fender. The driver side quarter panel is not aligned and there is a gap between the front fender and the hood of the vehicle. When the repair was completed, he was called by the rental agency asking why the rental had not been returned since his vehicle had been completed on Friday and he was called on Tuesday.

Cara said everything with this business went smoothly. They were very nice and gave her vehicle back to her much cleaner than when she brought it in. Her repair was delayed by two days because they were waiting on the glass.
