Jacquelyn said the business did everything as expected and she has no complaints. Her vehicle was a day late because the paint had to dry. She said she was not upset about it. The facility called her and told her why.

Siri said the work was good. Her vehicle was delayed by one week but did not know why. She was never really explained the repair process. She was not kept adequately informed because she had to call in for updates. She was also promised a few things that were not followed through on. Her likeliness of recommending them to others is based on the reasons already stated.

Hazel said this business was excellent but she had to wait a little longer than expected. They told her the vehicle would be ready at a specific date and then they changed the date a few times. She had to get her rental for an additional day. They did not explain the repair process to her because she was not there. Her granddaughter was. They did a beautiful job. She appreciates the job they did and the excellent work. The time it took was the only issue.
