Misty said this business provided great service and they were professional. When picking up the vehicle and dropping off the rental vehicle, she was told they would call someone to pick up the rental, but they did not. The rental agency wanted to charge her another day, but this business made sure that did not happen.

Spoke with Patrick. He said he was pleased with his overall experience with this business and they did a great job on his vehicle within a reasonable amount of time. His vehicle was delayed by 2 to 3 days with the weekend in there because they were busy. They did make sure to let him know in advance there was going to be a delay. He mentioned the paperwork he received after they completed the repair was not completely clear on what actual work was done. It pretty much looked just like the estimate. When he asked the employee, they told him they did not know why. The person at the front desk was friendly and appeared efficient. He has been living in the area for the past 20 years and he did not know they were at their location. It is kind of hidden away and looks nothing like a repair facility. Overall, he was quite pleased with the job they did and their efficiency.
