Julie said the people are all wonderful. They picked her up and took her home. They have a good waiting area with lots of snacks. They did a fabulous job and they are perfectionists. They were willing to give her a rental vehicle. They cleaned the vehicle inside and out before they returned it to her. They were great.

Donald said this business did a good job overall. They were friendly with his wife when she dropped the vehicle off. They did not explain the repair process to him at all. They did not keep him updated about the repair process. This business did not openly communicate about the repairs with him before they did them. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.

Andrew said the vehicle was ready a day late and he did not elaborate on the reason for the delay. He said he was a little upset, but they compensated him by providing a rental vehicle. They were very professional.

Christopher said his insurance company paid for the side of the vehicle that was damaged by the accident. There was pre-existing damage on the other side of this vehicle. He said he asked this business how much it would cost for him to pay out-of-pocket to have the pre-existing damage repaired. They charged him $130 and he was completely pleased with all of the work they did for him. They did a lot of things he did not expect, including installing a new aftermarket bumper. After he picked his vehicle up he noticed the bumper did not fit exactly like it should, so he went back to them. They did their best to fit the bumper better, but it would only fit perfectly with a new certified bumper. He is happy with the bumper, even though it does not fit exactly right. He said they had to keep his vehicle over the weekend, but it was ready when promised. He had to call this business for updates because they did not call him.

Spoke with Jonathan. He said the business pretty much met his needs. However, his rear left door squeaks when he hits a bump. The process of the repair was good.

Wayne said when he got his vehicle back the radio was not working right. He told the business and they told him they did not even work on the radio. He later found the antennae laying on the dashboard almost to the defroster. Someone had taken the antennae down or off the vehicle and put it by the defroster vent. He noticed there was something missing in the paint on the driver's side door panel. He said he was in the process of moving to Colorado when this was going on. When he and his wife drove to Colorado his wife heard something. He said the left front parking light was hanging out of the socket because it had not been tightened. The work took longer than he thought it would take, but they did not set a due date. He said because he was moving he was afraid it was getting late. He had to keep calling the business to check on the vehicle and to make sure he could get the vehicle back in time for the move. He will not recommend this business based on this experience.
