Kimberly said being kept informed during the repair process didn't apply because she dropped off her vehicle, went out of town, and she didn't need it. It was a pretty straight forward repair, and it was highly unlikely questions would arise. They seemed accurate and right on explaining the repair process, and she had a good experience.
