James said he was not overall satisfied with his experience. They did not do anything spectacular with the paint work and they missed a couple of details with the body work. He will have to take it back because a few things are still not working. His vehicle was about 1 week late due to the delay of a part even though they had initially said that they had everything necessary to complete the work. They did not seem to pay much attention to keeping him informed. He had to initiate all phone calls with them to find out what was going on. He was not overall satisfied.
