Lynnett said she didn't care about their explanation of the repair process. There were scratches on her vehicle and she wasn't able to inform them about the scratches until 3 days after she already had her vehicle back. Her estimator Adam, was nice enough to help her by buffing them out for her. He could have said that they happened during the time that she had the vehicle back, but he didn't and she was pleased with that.
