Diane said everything about this experience was good. The business was customer service oriented. They were helpful and flexible about scheduling. She said she wishes the business had contacted her a day earlier about when the vehicle would be ready. The vehicle was supposed to be ready in three or four days. She said she called on the third day when this business did not call. The person she spoke with explained in detail about the progress of the work and they told her the vehicle would be ready on the fourth day.
