Kristina said everything was fine when she dropped her vehicle off. The business told her it would take three days to complete the repairs, but they didn't call until 4:45 on the third day. The business should have informed her a few hours in advance so she could comfortably get there. She arrived at 5:15 and the business had no idea where her keys or her vehicle were located. She said it took 30 minutes to find both, so afterwards the personnel began explaining the repairs. The staff member kept referring to the trunk as being fine, but when she asked about the bumper he made an excuse that the crinkle came from the packaging process. She said she got into an argument with the staff member over the crinkle, but she was able to get them to offer to fix it. She called to schedule an appointment and the business told her that they may or may not have a loaner vehicle for her. She said it caused major problems for her because her job requires her to be mobile.
