Daniel said this business did a fine job. He was not satisfied with how long it took for the repairs. He was not satisfied with the communication. They had told him the repairs would only take two days when he dropped his vehicle off on Monday. He contacted them on Wednesday to check before he went to pick it up and was told the vehicle was not ready because of a part they were waiting for. On Thursday he was told it was not ready and that it would be ready on Friday, but he was not told why. He said they were neutral about their care and concern. They were not very communicative with him about the process and they did not explain anything to him. He was not kept informed and he had to reach out to them for information about the status of his vehicle. He may not recommend them to others based on this experience.
