Andrew said this business did everything he needed them to do. He chose not to evaluate the quality of the paint work because he no longer owns the vehicle and he did not get a chance to look at it. This business was caring and courteous, but he had an issue. He chose not to elaborate further. They explained everything to him, but he was not fully paying attention. He had to keep emailing this business to find out about the status of his vehicle. They would respond quickly once he reached out to them, but he had hoped they would reach out to him automatically. He is not likely to recommend this business, but he chose not to elaborate further.
