Paul said the way the operation was ran and the professionalism and efficiency from the receptionist to the manager was great. The ease of the rental and handling of the insurance went seamlessly. The quality of of the body work could've been better. The main part of the bumper wasn't covered by the insurance. The fit wasn't very good. He picked up his vehicle in the dark, so he didn't see it at the time. The explanation of the repair process could've been better. At the beginning it was a combination of the insurance and the business. They didn't explain the replacement of the main part of the bumper and why it wasn't covered. That could've been clearer. After the business knew he wasn't happy they tried to get the middle piece for him. Explanation of the repair process could've been better. He could've been kept more adequately informed during the repair process. He has recommended them to 2 people.
