Tony said that he received a quick review and a breakdown of the repair order, but the repairs were not thoroughly explained to him. He added that there was some confustion with Enterprise when he dropped off his vehicle. He was scheduled to pick up his rental first thing on Monday morning, but was unable to make the appointment, so he rescheduled. The vehicle that he ended up getting was larger than he had initially scheduled for, so it cost more. The situation was resolved.
