Jeffrey said it took less than a week longer than promised due to a parts delay. It was not a problem for him. When he was dropped off at the business he was without a ride home and the estimator offered him a ride home. It cost him extra money when they found the previous owner installed the windshield wrong. He said there was no explanation of the repair process. They did a really good job and he appreciated it.
